conversation between me, myself, and I: forgotten email

Me: eff!!!
myself: what?
Me: I totally forgot to send off this important email!!!
I: how important was it?
Me: pretty effin important, now that I haven't sent it I'm gonna have to do extra running when I get back to school.
myself: don't act like you don't need that extra running.
I: come on, it's not like She's not gonna be tired enough from all her rehab.
myself: yeah, but she'll be out of cardio shape, she needs all the running she can get.
Me: yeah, but I don't need to die!!
myself: do you wanna get back to playing?
Me: *sighs* of course.
myself: then suck it up! it was really your fault you didn't send the email in the first place.
Me: but I was so fucking busy how was I supposed to remember??
I: that's no excuse.
Me: *sighs* I know.
